Anne O’Malley

Anne’s passion is the work done by non-profits. Since 2005, she has been both coach and consultant working on streamlining, troubleshooting and strategizing public relations and public affairs for non-profits, companies, organizations and associations. Her current clients include business trade associations, local political bodies, state agencies, and Oregon and Washington non-profits. She is best known in Portland and Seattle for her advocacy efforts on disability and affordable housing.

Anne O’Malley is a fifteen-year veteran attorney, lobbyist and strategist, she brings a Masters of Comparative Environmental Law and Masters of Public Health to table. Anne recently created a quarter-million dollar environmental public advocacy center in the former Soviet Republic, Moldova, where she spent three years building and bolstering the non-profit sector. She has worked with a variety of international organizations including the Regional Environmental Center in Budapest, UNDP, SOROS, Romanian and Moldovan Ministries, foreign embassies and USAID. For the past five years, Anne has been developing and administering public affairs and public relations of a $30 million Portland based non-profit.

Anne speaks German and Romanian, is an ardent student of efficiency and time management, and has a natural talent for bringing people together resulting in lucrative alliances and enormous leveraging of benefits and outcomes.

Emil Graziani

Emil Graziani has 30 years experience in the not-for-profit arena, as a program director for three years, executive director/CEO for 26 years and consultant since 2006. Emil has helped boot strap start-up of four entrepreneurial enterprises, three of which are multi-million in sales. He has substantial experience in: board and organization development/facilitation; strategic planning; hiring, from recruitment to selection and orientation; business development in not-for-profits; continuous quality improvement; fiscal analysis and management; legislative affairs; executive coaching; executive transition, including overall organization assessment, interim executive director services (3-6 months) for periods of leadership transition, sabbaticals, closedowns or mergers; and, assistance with development of executive job descriptions, search strategies, hiring process and selection.

Libbi Loseke Winter

Libbi Loseke Winter brings talent and skills that she has honed with both corporate and non-profit clients. A jill-of-all-trades, Libbi has served clients by creating new brand identities; forming marketing and promotional strategies; developing design, function and content for Web sites and blogs; writing newsletters and other creative content; producing a variety of marketing collateral; and managing and promoting events. In addition, she has a natural aptitude for project management ­ wielding calendars and bulleted lists to keep clients (and herself) on track and on schedule.

A Midwest native, Libbi has called Oregon home for the past 15 years. She graduated from the University of Oregon where she earned her bachelor’s in Journalism: Public Relations and a minor in French. An enthusiastic amateur cook, Libbi enjoys preparing new dishes to feed and entertain family and friends.
